Our herbs are most effective within the first six months of purchase, however, if you wish to store them for longer periods of time, you can store them in an air-tight zip lock bag placed in a cool dry place

Is your herbal tea caffeine-free?
Yes. In order to ensure the best outcome for your voice, which is a hydrating, relaxing effect, caffeine is a no-no. This is because caffeine has an acidity and dehydrating effect on the body. Decaffeinated coffee is just as bad as all the properties of regular coffee remains, but caffeine is extracted using chemical agents.
